Amazon doesn’t have a specific five-star bookseller designation. Seller ratings are based upon buyer feedback.
Amazon advises buyers: “Seller ratings function like a personal referral: before making a purchase, you can view comments as well as one- to five-star ratings submitted by previous buyers, with five stars being the best.” http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=537806

Hi Joanne–love the videos. Just my taste.
Question: How do you become an Amazon 5-star bookseller? I sell through Amazon, but have never heard of that.
Thanks–and stay healthy!
